Fascia Boards

We only ever remove all existing fascia boards and install the new PVC-U fascia boards directly to the roof spars. On a typical tiled roof we also remove the lower course of tiles and install a damp-proof membrane to ensure any water ingress is diverted into the gutter.

Soffit Boards

Our soffit boards are designed to inter-lock with the fascia boards to form under eaves protection.

Continuous venting is used to allow a flow or air enabling your roof-space to "breathe".

Cladding

Weather-resistant PVC-U cladding is available in a choice of sizes, we can also add extra insulation and breathable felt where required.

Rainwater system

Available in a choice of styles and colours, ask for details.

When replacing fascia and soffit boards we recommend installing new gutters and downspouts as the old ones will have become brittle with time.

Verge protection

We can weather-proof the end tiles on the gables with end cover caps or a continuous cover.
