Terms and Conditions:
Eligibility:
The "WIN a New CROFT Front Door" competition (the "Competition") is open to residents of Lancashire aged 18 years or over, except employees of CROFT Conservatories Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the Competition.
Agreement to Rules:
By participating, the participant ("You") agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of CROFT Conservatories Ltd as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Competition.
Competition Period:
The Competition begins on [31 May 2024] and ends on [28 June 2024] ("Competition Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Competition Period will not be eligible.
How to Enter:
To enter the Competition, You must:
- Follow CROFT Conservatories Ltd on either Facebook or Instagram.
- Subscribe to the CROFT Conservatories Ltd monthly newsletter.
- If selected as the winner send an email to [email protected] with Your Lancashire postcode, email address and name.
Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
Prize:
The prize for the Competition is a new front door from the range of traditional and contemporary front doors offered by CROFT Conservatories Ltd. The winner can choose from a selection of styles and colours.
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable.
Winner Selection:
The winner of the Competition will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period. The draw will be conducted by CROFT Conservatories Ltd.
The winner will be notified by email within [number] days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within [number] days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
Privacy:
Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. Please see our Privacy Policy for further details.
General Conditions:
CROFT Conservatories Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition and these Rules without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the Competition will be notified to participants as soon as possible.
CROFT Conservatories Ltd is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this Competition.
The Competition and these Rules will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
