There are a few different ways in which our team can help you make your roofline appear much smarter. With our fascia boards we’ll remove all of the existing and install brand new PVC-U fascia boards directly to the roof spars. Where we are working with a typical tiled roof, we will also remove the lower course of tiles. What this allows us to do is install a damp-proof membrane, ensuring that any excess water does not collect in the roof but instead goes directly into the gutter and continues a smooth flow. 

With our soffit boards you get complete inter-locking with the fascia boards, providing complete under eaves protection for your roofline. It is important that there is venting in place to allow a smooth flow of air, something we consistently apply with the installation of soffit boards and fascia boards in Preston and throughout Lancashire. This also applies to our cladding, which can be provided in a wide range of sizes. It is resistant to the weather and can be added to your roof with extra insulation where required and also with extra breathing space if that is something you are concerned about.

Whenever we work with a customer to replace fascia and soffit boards, we like to take a look at the entire rainwater system. As previously mentioned, this time of year can cause all sorts of havoc to a rainwater system with clogged gutters a problem that can lead to property damage. We have a range of styles and colours for full rainwater systems and we recommend that during replacement of fascia and soffit boards that you also consider new gutters and downspouts. It is always the case that the longer they are in place, the more susceptible they are to break as they become weaker over time so we will be happy to inspect these for you. With verge protection we can also ensure that the end tiles on the gables are installed with end cover caps, or even continuous cover, ensuring there is adequate verge protection and a neat finish to make your property have maximum curb appeal.
