Croft Conservatories Preston are delighted to maintain their high customer satisfaction rating. As one of the longest established companies in Preston they are the trusted, renowned company to go to when it comes to conservatories, orangeries, windows, doors and roofline products.
The offices in Preston are adorned with hundreds of thank you letters and cards. This is the latest one and outlines just why Croft are so respected.
"Dear Martin, Just a quick note to let you know how pleased and delighted we are, of the work that your company have carried out on our house.
We appreciate that it was a large and complicated job with the replacement of all the windows and doors plus the replacement of all of the cedar cladding with the ‘Cedral’ weatherboarding, including building out the first floor and installing insulation.
The use of this material was a new one for you and we are very grateful that you were willing to carry out this work for us.
We would be grateful if you would pass on our thanks to Bob and Colin for surveying and checking on the progress and to Chris and his team for the work that they carried out. But we have to congratulate and say how industrious, hard-working, polite, tidy and meticulous Gary and Steve were, and how dedicated they were to the job and continuously working through some truly atrocious weather conditions.
Gary gave careful thought about the job as it progressed, and offered alternatives that we hadn’t thought of. These ended up better than our original ideas, and he carried out all of the work as if he was doing it for himself rather than as a “job”. We were also very impressed that he always fully completed each aspect of the work before moving on to the next stage.
We appreciate that this material was not easy to work with and quite complicated to install correctly but this was carried out fantastically well.
Unlike many Building companies you all kept us informed of what and when particular jobs were to be undertaken on a day today basis and once the work was begun, how there was never a day missed, even working on Saturdays, Even Nick and Scott were efficient and clean, quite a feat for plasterers."
