Croft Conservatories has further underlined its commitment to quality and customer protection by joining Certass
Certass is a competent person scheme covering the installation of replacement windows, doors and associated glazing products in domestic properties, and is licensed by the Department for Communities and Local Government. Established in 2006, Certass is a not for profit organisation which is dedicated to raising standards in the glazing industry. Membership of Certass enables contractors to self-certify installations as an alternative to submitting a building notice or using an approved inspector.
Membership of the Certass TrustMark Scheme demonstrates a company’s dedication to consumer protection. As one of the longest established window companies in Lancashire, Croft conservatories has always put customer satisfaction as its main priority and membership of Certass offers customers further protection.
As Sales Director Martin Boyd explains, Croft has a well-earned reputation for quality and protecting customers and is delighted to be part of the Certass scheme, “ we’re the company of choice for windows in Preston and Lancashire because of our long standing reputation. By joining Certass we have made our commitment to the customer clear.”
Croft Conservatories is one of the largest installers of orangeries, conservatories, garden rooms, windows and doors in both Preston and Lancashire and is delighted to now be part of Certass.
