Competition, Promotions & Special Offer Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all competitions, prize draws, promotional offers and discounts (“Promotions”) run by or on behalf of Croft Conservatories Ltd (“Croft”, “we”, “us” or “our”), unless otherwise stated in writing.

1. Eligibility
   • Promotions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
   • Employees of Croft Conservatories Ltd, their immediate families, and any third parties professionally associated with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
   • We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of any participant and may refuse entry or withdraw offers at our discretion.
2. Entry & Participation
   • By participating in any promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
   • Entry instructions or claim requirements form part of the terms and must be followed in full for valid participation.
   • Promotions must not be entered or claimed through automated or fraudulent means.
3. Prizes & Offer Inclusions
   • All prizes, discounts, and promotional benefits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products, unless expressly stated.
   • We reserve the right to substitute any prize or offer item with one of equal or greater value at our discretion.
4. Discounts, Sales & Special Offers
   • Promotional discounts (including % off sales) apply to qualifying product ranges only and are valid for a limited time as stated.
   • Promotions must be booked within the promotional window and, where relevant, scheduled within the specified timeframe (e.g. installation in 2026).
   • Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to existing quotes, contracts, or completed orders.
   • Offers cannot be combined with any other discount or promotional campaign unless explicitly stated.
   • All offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
5. Winner Selection (for competitions or prize draws)
   • Winners will be chosen at random from eligible entries unless otherwise stated.
   • We will notify winners via the contact details provided within 14 days of the closing date.
   • If contact cannot be made within 7 days, a new winner may be selected at our discretion.
6. Publicity & Permissions
   • By entering or accepting a promotion, you agree that Croft may use your name, general location, and (if relevant) images or testimonials for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
7. Data Protection
   • Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
   • We will not share your details with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
8. General Conditions
   • We reserve the right to cancel, suspend or amend any promotion or its Terms & Conditions due to events outside our control.
   • Croft Conservatories’ decision in all matters relating to any promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
